Refund Eligibility

One-Time Payments

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Refunds may be available for one-time payments within 30 days of purchase, subject to our review and approval. Please note that refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Subscriptions

We appreciate your understanding that monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the premium page. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund on a one-time payment, please follow these steps:

    • The date of your purchase
    • The payment method used
    • A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

Note: Refund requests must be submitted through email contact. We do not process refunds through the user interface. This ensures that each request receives proper attention and review.
