Monk Mode is a productivity and focus application that provides tools for task management, habit tracking, Pomodoro timers, website blocking, and related productivity features. By using our service, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms of Service.

2. Billing and Subscriptions

Monk Mode offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly for now) as selected during purchase.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the premium page or by contacting support.

• Cancellation takes effect immediately
• You will lose the premium features instantly after cancelling the subscription
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Monk Mode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• You acknowledge that the service may not be available at all times due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
